Our Textile History

A Legacy Threaded Through Time:

My journey with textiles began with my mother. She was a true artisan who made everything herself—from her own wedding dress and my childhood costumes to house drapery, upholstery for our home and RV, and even hand-stitched leather steering wheel and seat covers. I officially joined her quilting journey in 2005 with my first sewing machine. Today, I continue that legacy by creating my own fun textile art on the very same machine she used to sew her wedding dress.

From Stacks to Stories:

I believe that fabric holds memory. Whether it is a quilt made from well-loved t-shirts, a design born from reclaimed denim, or custom bags and wallets, my work is about breathing new life into materials that carry a history of their own. I love the technical challenge of layering colors and textures, mixing fabrics to create something that is not only useful but designed to make you smile.

Handmade With Heart:

After two decades of experience, I don’t just sew; I collaborate with the materials at hand to build something entirely unique. I take immense joy in the tactile, deliberate process of construction—the feeling of a piece coming together under my hands, thread by thread. My goal is to share that same warmth and sense of completion with you through artfully crafted, one-of-a-kind pieces that are as functional as they are fun.
