Welcome to Little Time Hop. Please read these Terms & Conditions and Studio Disclosures carefully before purchasing our products or commissioning custom heirloom work. By using this website, ordering curated mineral specimens, loose stones, finished jewelry, or commissioning a bespoke design, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
Little Time Hop proudly offers a blend of custom hand-cut lapidary art and carefully sourced, curated geological specimens. In compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Guides for the Jewelry Industry, the following terms apply:
Our custom memory quilts and heirloom textile items are constructed using upcycled denim, t-shirts, and customer-supplied apparel items.
FTC Textile Notification: In adherence to the FTC Textile Fiber Products Identification Act regarding filled artisan textiles, clients are explicitly notified that these keepsake products incorporate previously used and repurposed apparel fibers.
Customer Fabric Integrity: While we treat client-supplied garments with extreme care, Little Time Hop is not liable for fiber fatigue, dry-rot failure, tearing, color bleeding, or thermal degradation resulting from the pre-existing age, wear, washing history, or material fragility of client-provided fabrics.
Bespoke silversmithing, tailored stone cutting, and memorial quilting are deeply time-intensive structural processes that permanently change raw materials.
Ready-to-ship curated inventory and loose stones are processed swiftly within 2–3 business days. Custom quilts and bespoke jewelry pieces follow the production timeline agreed upon during commissioning. All shipments are managed via insured commercial carriers, with costs dynamically calculated by weight tiers at checkout.
Once a package is scanned into the custody of the carrier (such as USPS), legal title transfers to the buyer. Little Time Hop is not liable for carrier transit delays, lost packages, or porch thefts.
In the rare event of shipping damage, buyers must notify the studio within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the exterior packing container and the compromised item to support carrier insurance claims.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal actions or disputes arising from studio transactions shall be handled exclusively within the courts located in Ventura County, California.
