Every item at Little Time Hop is packaged safely with love and specialized, protective materials. Ready-to-ship items, curated crystals, and loose stones are processed and packed securely within 2–3 business days. Orders are dropped off at the carrier weekly, and you will receive an immediate email notification with tracking information as soon as your label is generated.
Note: Custom memorial quilts and bespoke jewelry pieces follow the unique timeline agreed upon during your commission design phase.
We ship securely within the United States using insured commercial carriers via USPS and UPS. To ensure transparency, your shipping costs are calculated dynamically by weight tiers directly at checkout, scaling seamlessly from light accent pieces to heavy mineral slabs.
If you purchase multiple mineral specimens, rough pieces, or slabs across the shop, we will happily combine your items into a single package whenever safely possible to save you on delivery costs. Any significant shipping overages collected will be automatically refunded straight back to your original payment method when your final shipping label is printed.
